To create a personal voicemail message on HPBX you first need to create a voicemail login. If you haven’t done this go through the tutorial for creating a voicemail login. After logging in you will hear options such as press 1 for new messages. The option you need to press is 0 for account options. This will then ask you if you want to change your unavailable message press 1 or busy message press 2. Change each message and follow the prompts to ensure they are saved.
